HOW DO I RECEIVE MY PATTERN?
Your PDF is delivered instantly after payment — two ways:
1. Automatically to the email address you used at checkout
2. In your account under Orders → click the order → Download files
If you don't see it within 5 minutes, check your spam/junk folder first.
Still not there? Contact us and we'll resend immediately.

WHAT FORMAT ARE THE FILES?
All patterns are PDF files, compatible with any device:
• Print at home
• Open on phone, tablet or laptop
• Save to Google Drive or Dropbox for easy access

DO I NEED A PRINTER?
No — you can follow the pattern directly from your screen. Many customers prefer reading on a tablet while they crochet.

ARE THE PATTERNS IN US OR UK TERMS?
All patterns use US crochet terms. A full abbreviation guide is included in every PDF.

WHAT SKILL LEVEL DO I NEED?
Every listing states the skill level. Our beginner patterns require only basic single crochet and working in the round. Intermediate patterns introduce shaping, wire-core stems and multi-layer construction — all explained step by step.

CAN I SELL ITEMS I MAKE FROM YOUR PATTERNS?
Yes! Finished handmade items may be sold freely. We simply ask that you credit "Pattern by Easy Craft Patterns" when sharing online. The pattern PDF itself may not be redistributed, shared or resold.

CAN I SHARE THE PATTERN WITH A FRIEND?
No — each purchase is for one person's use only. Sharing or redistributing the PDF is a violation of our terms. Please encourage your friends to purchase their own copy — it supports independent pattern designers directly.

WHAT IF I HAVE TROUBLE WITH A PATTERN?
Contact us! Every purchase includes support. We respond to all queries and genuinely want you to succeed with your make.

CAN I GET A REFUND?
Because our products are instant digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds once the file has been downloaded. However if you experience any issue with the file itself (corrupted, wrong file, incomplete), we will resolve it immediately. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.
